- Sign up on the support website (support.brokertech.co.uk) - or sign in if you already have an account.
- Click "Tickets" in the navigation bar, or click "Tickets" in the middle of the page.
- If you have any active tickets they will be listed here.
- Click the title of the ticket you wish to view.
- Here you can modify the properties of the ticket, view agent replies, or even reply to the ticket.
Note: You can also click the link in an email sent from our Support Website, for example, when an agent replies to your ticket.
