- Sign up on the support website (support.brokertech.co.uk) - or sign in if you already have an account.
- Click "Create Ticket" button either in the top right, or by clicking the "Create Ticket" button in the middle of the page.
- Fill in as much information as you can, please try to be as descriptive as possible.
- Please attach documents, screenshots or any media that will help show the issue you're reporting.
Note: Please do not create tickets which reference an email, without including the email / query itself, this helps our support team allocate and investigate any issues.
Four elements to a good bug report:
- What did you try to do?
- What did you expect to happen?
- What actually happened?
- How can someone else reproduce what you saw?
